Freshly picked vegetables delivered from our 5,000 sq. m (6,200 m2) private farm

Many of the vegetables we use in our restaurant are grown on our own farm, which boasts an area of 1800 tsubo.The vegetables are grown with love and with as little pesticides as possible, giving them a rich flavor and allowing you to taste the natural sweetness of the ingredients.Our salads and side dishes are served at their most delicious when in season, and we are proud of the healthy flavors they offer.
